Order Processing

- Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and exclude public holidays.
- We will keep the original packaging of the new machine when it leaves the warehouse.
- For second-hand mining machines, they will be strictly inspected and tested by our certified technicians before shipment.

- Shipping time will depending on your location, but the aging time is typically 5-7 working days.
- We offer international shipping to most countries around the world.

Warranty Policy
What’s Covered & Warranty Periods
- Manufacturer’s Warranty (For Brand New Miners)
For brand new mining machines, please refer to the warranty policy on their official brand website. (e.g, The Antminer S19 and subsequent models have a 365-day warranty.) You can also contact your local authorized brand service center for assistance.
- Annminer Warranty (For Used Miners & Accessories)
For used machines and miner accessories, Annminer provide a 90-day warranty service after delivery. During this period, if the mining machine(s) encounters any malfunction, please contact our after-sales service promptly for assistance.
What’s NOT Covered
No warranty applies to damage or issues caused by:
- User Negligence: Blocked cooling vents (causing overheating), improper installation (e.g., wrong voltage), or physical damage (drops, water exposure).
- Misuse: Overclocking ASIC miners beyond manufacturer limits, using accessories with incompatible hardware (e.g., a 220V PDU in a 110V region).
- Normal Wear: Dust buildup on heat sinks, worn fan blades, or reduced hash rate from long-term use (not a defect).
- External Factors: Power surges (from storms or faulty outlets), mining software errors, or cryptocurrency network changes (e.g., algorithm updates).
- Unauthorized Modifications: Opening the miner’s case, replacing parts with non-manufacturer components, or repairing by uncertified technicians.

Bank Wire Transfers
- On the checkout page, select wire transfer payment and click Place Order. Once successful, we will send you an invoice containing payment information (Bank account name, number, swift code, etc.) via email.
- Wire transfer payments are generally received within 2-5 business days. We will confirm with you as soon as we receive. Payment must be received within 7 business days of order placement, Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
- No processing fees (Bank fees may apply, please check with your financial institution).
If you wish to make payment through other methods, (such as Western Union), please contact us.
Pre-Order Payment Rules
- 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the product(s). (Paid via any accepted method)
- The remaining 70% is due 7 days before the scheduled shipping date (payment reminder will be sent to your registered email or other contact info).
- If the balance is not paid by the deadline, Annminer reserves the right to cancel the pre-order and retain the deposit to cover inventory holding costs.
Refund Process
Cryptocurrency Refunds: Processed to the original wallet address within 1-2 business days (after returned hardware is inspected). No network fees—Annminer covers the cost of sending the refund.
Wire Transfer Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days (bank processing times may apply—Annminer does not cover bank refund fees).
