‘Annminer’ wants to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. In most cases, all crypto miner orders are considered final and non-refundable, but there are a few exceptions.
Refund conditions
- If the payment is successful, but the miner has not been dispatched yet, customers may request a refund.
- If you realize you placed an incorrect order, please contact us immediately, and we will issue a refund before shipment.
- If the ordered miner is out of stock, we will refund you and notify you when it arrives.
Non-refundable conditions
- Pre-sale orders cannot be refunded.
- If the order has been shipped and is already in transit, it cannot be refunded.
- If the buyer purchased the wrong product, it cannot be refunded.
- If the customer receives a broken product, we are sorry that we do not accept direct refunds. Instead, we will reship the item.
To request a refund, please contact us via email within 3 days of the purchase date, and provide your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund. We will process the refund as quickly as possible, and it may take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method. Of course, we will refund you within 1 business day for the orders paid with cryptocurrency.
