At ‘AnnMiner’, we aim to provide you with the best possible service and ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand our shipping procedures.
Order Processing
- We generally ship within 3 working days after receiving your order.
- Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and exclude public holidays.
- The place of shipment is our warehouse in Hong Kong or Shenzhen, China.
Packaging
In order to ensure the quality of the mining machine, we will keep the original packaging of the new machine when it leaves the factory, and each mining machine will contain a power supply unit (PSU).
For second-hand mining machines, they will be strictly inspected and tested by our certified technicians before shipment.
Shipping Method
- We use DHL, FedEx, or UPS to ship your miners to ensure you receive them quickly.
- Shipping time may vary depending on your location, but the aging time is typically 5-7 working days.
- We offer international shipping to most countries around the world.
Order tracking
- After the shipment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order tracking number.
- You can track the delivery status of your order on the shipping carrier’s website.
