Shipping & Delivery
This policy outlines the shipping terms (delivery, fees, timelines) and return rules for cryptocurrency mining hardware (“Products”) purchased from Annminer Inc. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We reserve the rights to update this policy.
Order Processing
- We usually ship your order within 3 business days after receiving it. The shipment will be sent from our warehouse in Hong Kong or Shenzhen, China.
- For brand-new crypto miners, we will ship them in the manufacturer’s original packaging. And for used miners, we will strictly inspected and tested by our certified technicians before shipment.
Address Modifications
You can request to modify the delivery address within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting at sales@annminer.com with your order number and the updated address. Address modifications requested after 24 hours may not be processed if the order has already entered the shipping process.
Shipping Carriers & Fees
- Normally, we will use DHL, FedEx, or UPS express shipping to ensure you receive the order quickly.
- For miner accessories, we perfer to use standard shipping (e-packet), but also with express shipping options.
- Express shiping delivery time is typically 5-7 working days; Stardard shipping delivery time is 10~15 days.
- Mining containers are only suitable for sea transport, we will specify the sea shipping details in quotation.
- We offer international shipping to most countries around the world. If can’t place order in your country, Please contact us.

Pre-Orders Shipping
- For pre-order products, the shipping time is based on the ‘Estimated Shipping Date’ indicated on the product details page. Once the product is officially released, we will start processing orders within 3 business days and notify you by email when the item is shipped.
- If shipping is delayed due to supply chain issues (such as manufacturer production delays), we will notify you in advance and provide timely updates on the arrival status.
Order Tracking
- After the shipment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order tracking number.
- You can track the delivery status of your order on the shipping carrier’s website.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns
*Please Note: Once the order is shipped, all orders are final sale and non-returnable. The returns only applies to:
- The product is defective (e.g., ASIC miner with non-functional hash boards) – see our Warranty Policy for details.
- The wrong product was shipped (e.g., incorrect ASIC model, missing accessories from the original order).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used mining hardware (e.g., an ASIC miner that has been operated for 1+ week).
- Custom-built mining equipment. (Mining containers or Miner related accessories).
- Final sale items (clearance ASIC miners, open-box accessories), even it’s unused and in original packaging.
Request a Return Authorization
Send an email to support@annminer.com to request a return, We will review your request within 48h and email you with further instructions if approved.
Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions
- You must provide an accurate and complete shipping address (including contact number). Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delivery delays, returned packages, or additional charges, which will be borne by you.
- The mining hardware contains lithium batteries (in some control modules) and is subject to international air transport regulations. To ensure that all shipments comply with the latest IATA (International Air Transport Association) regulations, we may ship items separately to avoid transportation disruptions.
- Annminer is not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters (hurricanes, earthquakes), wars, strikes, carrier system failures, and changes in customs regulations of the destination country.
